  3. Then add milk cook till halwa soaked the milk
  4. Then add jaggery then mix it well jaggery melt in halwa
  5. Then add khoya (mawa) mix it stir it with ladder for 4-5
  6. After that take a another pan add 1 tbsp ghee then add chopped dryfruits stir it for 1 min in low flame then add 3/4 of it roasted dry fruits in halwa mix it well
  7. Remaining 1/4 is for garnish
  8. Then remove in a plate / bowl garnish with remaining roasted dryfruits
  9. Serve and enjoy healthy gajar ka halwa
  10. You can increase or decrease the jaggery as per your taste
