- Mix grated carrots milk sugar and cardamom powder and half strip of chainagrass.cook on fast and medium flame.when halwa is thickens and carrots cook properly can add orande red colour it's optional but looks better. Roll it on layer of cashewnut and bottleguard.and make tri colour halwa
- Let it cool for 3 hrs. cut it desired shape
- Separately on each piece make small tikki of cashewnut(it taste like kaju katli)and put on top of tri colour halwa piece and on it put one cashew.
- Decorate with whipped cream with the help of piping bag.
