- Add alum after 2 - 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
- Add half cardamom powder and mix well. When you see that there is no milk left close the flame and transfer the whole material in a greased plate.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder. Chopped pistachios and almonds. (I have used only almonds)
- Press it and keep it to rest for 3 to 4 hours.
- After that cut in your desired shape.
