- Cook till the syrup reaches one string Constancy
- Turn off the gas and add 2-3 drop lemon juice
- Then after 30 mins add 1 teaspoon backing soda & mix well
- Pour a ladelfull of batter in jalebi maker
- Heat clarified oil squeeze round spirals into the hot oil and deep fry
- Turn the jalebies gently
- Drain and soak in sugar syrup, soak for 2-3 mins then take them out of the syrup
- Jalebies are ready to serve
